I currently administrate a shared point 2003 site and I would like to know if
there is a way to populate fields, within a customized list, ny entering data
into one field and having it populate fields in other lists. I am looking for
a way to keep from entering the same data multiple times. Thanks

Use Excel 2003 or the datagrid, you can then copy a field value down an
entire column.
