Well this is the biggest pain in the world. First and foremost I would just
like to say. The issue happens only on some PC's and works fine on others.
IT's about 50/50.

Here are the Specs:
Exchange Server 2003 all patched up to date
MOSS 2007 enterprise running ion W3K all patched up to date
Outlook 2007 (Office Suite - Professional Plus - no SP)

When I log into my a sharepoint site. I go to a libary or calendar or any
item that Allows me to connect to Outlook. THis function is available for me.
However when I click on "Connect to Outlook" - I get a Prompt in Outlook -
There are a few options - Advanced,Yes and NO.
Once I click on "YES". The item should appear in outlook. However when I go
in there, I see nothing (sometimes I see a flicker - on Mail Folders section)
I have tried doing this on another machine - and it seems to work. I think
it has nothing to do with the Users Profile. When I go into the logs I see
the Following:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Outlook
Event Category: None
Event ID: 27
Date: 5/15/2009
Time: 2:26:22 PM
User: N/A
Computer: CISPC22
Description:
The operation failed.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

When I turn on logging Outlook I see the following under my profile:
